Tax Advisor (m/f/d)

We are looking for a qualified tax advisor (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. In this position, you will independently manage a fixed client portfolio and serve as a competent contact for all tax and business matters. You will prepare annual financial statements, tax returns and advise clients on tax optimization opportunities. Your Responsibilities
- Independent support and advice for a fixed client portfolio
- Preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB and tax returns (income tax, corporate tax, trade tax, VAT)
- Tax advice on restructuring, company acquisitions and sales
- Development of tax-optimized structuring concepts
- Representation before tax authorities and during tax audits
- Professional leadership and guidance of employees
- Participation in digitalization of office processes
- Acquisition and development of new client relationships
What You Bring
- Successfully passed tax advisor exam
- Several years of professional experience in tax consulting
- Sound knowledge of tax law, commercial and corporate law
- Confident handling of DATEV and MS Office
- Strong client orientation and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative
- Team player with leadership qualities
