Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced payroll accountant (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. In this position, you will be responsible for independently processing payroll for our clients. You are the contact person for all payroll tax and social security questions and contribute significantly to client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent processing of payroll and salary accounting
• Preparation of social security notifications and payroll tax returns
• Advising clients on payroll tax and social security matters
• Preparation of certificates and notifications
• Correspondence with health insurers, tax offices and authorities
• Participation in payroll tax audits and social security audits

What You Bring

• Completed commercial training or training as tax clerk
• Professional experience in payroll and salary accounting
• Sound knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
• Confident handling of DATEV LODAS or DATEV Lohn und Gehalt
• Careful and conscientious work style
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Team player with initiative
